How to solve the abnormal operation of servo feeder controller part1
1. First, servo abnormality occurs due to abnormal operation of the driver, such as over current, over voltage, over load, over heat, and over speed.
Solution:
1.1The NC servo feeder machine should execute the software EMS process and shut down the servo driver.
1.2Check the power supply and the abnormal servo signal (IN10) to see if it is functioning properly.
1.3Check if the driver is abnormal and troubleshoot accordingly according to the instructions of the driver.
1.4Check if the transmission structure of the NC servo feeder machine is normal and adjust if necessary.
2.Second, system emergency stop occurs when there is an action outside of control during the operation of the system, prompting the operator to execute the emergency stop action.
Solution:
2.1The NC servo feeder machine should execute the software EMS process and shut down the servo driver.
2.2Check the power supply and the system emergency stop signal (IN17) to see if it is functioning properly.
2.3Check if the servo system of the NC servo feeder machine is abnormal and troubleshoot accordingly according to the instructions of the driver.
2.4Check if the 1/10 control part is functioning properly.
3.Third, ENC abnormality occurs when the system sends out a motion command but there is no normal feedback signal from the encoder.
Solution:
3.1 The NC should execute the software EMS process and shut down the servo driver.
3.2 Check if the wiring of the encoder is normal.
3.3 Check if the transmission structure of the NC servo feeder machine is normal and adjust if necessary.
3.4 Check if the feed-back detection parameter FEED-IM of the system is appropriate and adjust if necessary.
4. Fourth, positioning abnormality occurs when the system does not send out a motion command but the encoding machine produces a feedback signal.
Solution:
4.1The NC should execute the software EMS process and shut down the servo driver.
4.2Check if the E-CNT zeroing is normal and adjust ZERO if necessary.
4.3Check if the transmission structure of the NC servo feeder machine is normal and adjust P.GAIN if necessary.
4.4Check if the positioning detection parameter INP_TIM of the NC servo feeder machine system is appropriate and adjust if necessary.
5.Fifth, feedback abnormality occurs when the positioning loop (absolute value counter) overflows.
Solution:
5.1The NC should execute the software EMS process and (shut down the servo driver).
5.2Check if the operating speed of the NC servo feeder machine is too high, causing the decoder feedback to be too fast.
