How to operate the system main interface of NC feeder

The main interface of the NC feeder system can be easily operated through touch-screen controls. To access the main screen, simply click on the "Enter NC Feeder System" button.

Before starting any operations, it is important to ensure that the parameters are set correctly.

The main screen includes several display windows and buttons for different functions:

1.1 The "Length Setting" and "Operation Length" windows display the configured length of the current material running section and the running length of the feeder. Please note that these parameters cannot be modified and are for display purposes only.

1.2 The "Accumulation Output" window shows the current output, and you can easily reset the data by pressing the "reset" button. The "Operation Status" window displays the status of automatic operation. Pressing the "Automatic Startup" button will activate the NC feeder, and it will show "Running" in the display.

1.3 The "Manual Knob" allows you to switch the system to manual mode. In this mode, you can use the "Manual Interface" and the panel buttons to perform manual operations such as inching, single operation, clamping, and loosening.

1.4 "Auto Operation" and "Auto Stop": When the machine needs to operate automatically, switch from "manual" to "automatic" mode and click on the "Automatic Start" button. The operation status will indicate "In Auto Operation" during automatic operation.

1.5 The buttons for "Manual Screen," "Function Selection," and "Parameter Setting" allow you to switch to the corresponding screens for further adjustments and settings. To return to the main screen from any of these screens, simply click on the "Back" button, and it will take you back to the startup screen.

With these touch-screen operations, the NC feeder system can be easily controlled and efficiently used for various production processes.
