If the coil material is not properly leveled and the internal stress is not eliminated, it will be challenging to produce high-quality products. The leveling machine is a commonly used equipment to level the material and eliminate internal stress. Only when the material has been leveled by the leveling machine can we obtain high-quality products that meet the requirements through punch processing. This is especially crucial for thinner materials such as stainless steel sheets, copper sheets, and aluminum sheets. Therefore, the leveling performance of the leveling machine plays a vital role in production.

The precision leveling machine consists of a main body equipped with a leveling device and a gearbox. A motor and a reducer are installed in the lower part of the main body, and an electrical box is located on the side of the body, incorporating a Delta inverter for speed regulation. The motor and reducer are connected to the input shaft of the gearbox using a transmission chain, while the leveling device is connected to the output shaft of the gearbox using a universal joint.

The leveling device comprises an inner seat body and an outer seat body. The inner seat body is made up of two side plates and an upper connecting plate, while the outer seat body is composed of two side plates and an upper connecting plate as well. The inner seat body is installed into the outer seat body, allowing it to move up and down within the slot of the plate. There are nine upper leveling wheels fixed on the inner seat body and ten lower leveling wheels fixed on the outer seat body. The upper and lower leveling wheels are arranged in an intersecting distributed state, with the shaft ends connected to the output shaft of the gearbox through nineteen universal joints.

To achieve better leveling results, the precision leveling machine adopts a floating four-point balance fine-tuning method for leveling adjustment. Four adjusting screws and four dial indicators are arranged in a square shape on the upper connecting plate of the outer body. An adjusting screw passes through the upper connecting plate of the outer seat body and connects to the upper connecting plate of the inner seat body. The measuring pointer of the dial indicator remains in contact with the upper connecting plate of the inner seat body. Additionally, there are two compression screws. Twisting the compression screw during material entry and leveling adjustment applies pressure to the upper and lower leveling wheels located on both sides of the leveling device on the frame. An inlet and outlet guide plate is positioned to ensure no displacement deviation of the incoming and outgoing materials. A feeding wheel assembly is installed at the feeding position of the leveling device, allowing the material to enter smoothly. Furthermore, to ensure proper lubrication and extend the equipment's service life, a self-circulating lubrication device for the upper and lower leveling wheels is installed on the frame.
