12 principles for operating electric hole punching machine

1. Operators of electric hole punching machine must learn and master the structure and performance of the machine, be familiar with operating procedures, and obtain permission before operating independently.

2. Use the safety protection and control devices on the electric hole punching machine correctly and do not disassemble them.

3. Check whether the transmission, connection, lubrication, and other components of the electric hole punching machine are in normal condition, as well as the safety protection devices. The screws for installing the die must be firmly secured and not allowed to move.

4. Before starting work, let the electric hole punching machine run empty for 2-3 minutes to check if the foot brake and other control devices are flexible and functioning properly.

5. The die must be tightened, the upper and lower dies must be aligned properly, and the position must be correct. Use manual rotation of the electric hole punching machine(without load) to ensure that the die is in good working condition.

6. Pay attention to lubrication before starting the machine, and remove all floating substances inside the precision punch press.

7. When the punch is moving or during the punching process, the operator must stand in a proper position, keep hands and head a certain distance away from the punch, and pay attention to the movement of the punch at all times. Talking to others is strictly prohibited.

8. When punching small workpieces, do not directly feed or retrieve the parts with special tools.

9. When stamping or working with long body parts, safety support racks or other safety measures should be set up to avoid accidents.

10. During single punch operations, hands and feet are not allowed to be placed on the hand and foot brakes. It is necessary to punch a hole, then move the position (step) to prevent accidents.

11. When working cooperatively with two or more people, the person responsible for engaging the brake must pay attention to the movements of the person engaging the clutch. It is strictly forbidden to pick up parts while engaging the brake.

12. At the end of the work on the precision punch press, the machine should be stopped promptly, the power should be cut off, and the machine and environment should be cleaned.
