Troubleshooting Of The Punch

Some faults may occasionally occur during the use of the punch machine. We have summarized the following points for your reference:

1.The crankshaft bearing is overheating, the shaft sleeve is not properly scraped, and the lubrication is insufficient. It is recommended to re-scrape and grind the copper pad and inspect the lubrication.

2.There are copper fragments present in the oil flowing out of the bearing. This indicates a lack of lubricating oil and dirty oil. It is necessary to examine the lubrication condition and disassemble the bearing for cleaning.

3.Guide rail burning occurs due to the insufficient clearance and poor lubrication. It is advised to re-grind the guide rail, adjust the clearance, and pay attention to proper lubrication.

4.The clutch fails to engage or disengage properly during operation. This could be due to a faulty rotary key spring or an excessively tight fit. Replace the spring and adjust the key gap.

5.When the clutch is disengaged, the slider fails to stop at the top dead center position. This issue may arise from inadequate brake belt tension, excessive wear on the brake belt, or oil slipping on the brake wheel. Adjust the brake spring tension, replace the brake, and clean the brake belt with kerosene.

6.The return plate is not functioning properly, and the punching head is positioned incorrectly. Adjust the head position and manually turn the flywheel to attempt withdrawal.

7.The connecting rod screw experiences rotation or impact. The locking device is loose. Rotate the locking device to secure it.

8.The ball head of the connecting rod screw impacts the ball washer on the slider. The ball head does not have proper contact with the ball washer gland, and the gland screw is loose. Scrape the ball head and ball washer, and tighten the gland screw.

9.Pressing the button (on) has no effect. This may be caused by a power supply interruption or a tripped thermal breaker. Examine the circuit system to troubleshoot and rectify the fault.
