During the installation and debugging process of the punch press, leveling needs to be performed. Our company will introduce how to adjust from the following 4 points:


(1) During the test, the slider will move. If you only touch the nylon washer and not the length adjustment screw, it means that the floating rod has not dropped deep enough and the guide screw that becomes the open punch will slowly lower. During the alignment movement, only the length fine-adjustment screw was touched, but the nylon washer was not touched. This is because the floating rod dropped too deep and the lead screw of the open punch was slowly adjusted upward.


(2) If the slider moves between the length adjustment screw and the nylon washer and the distance between both sides is the same, the speed adjustment screw should be rotated counterclockwise to make the slider speed normal and the slider can be moved when moving. to the nylon washers and gasket rings.


(3) There is no need to feed during the debugging process, but you must first adjust the guide screw of the guide upward upward, and then use the micro-movement method to slowly adjust the equipment impact hammer to the bottom dead center.


(4) At the same time, special attention should be paid to the guide plate not to activate the floating rod. The screw needs to be rotated clockwise, and the movement of the slider is slightly slower, so that it can be seen whether the slider hits the nylon gasket and the length fine adjustment when moving. screws.
