Can The Speed Of The Precision Leveler Be Adjusted?
1. During the testing phase, the slider moves back and forth. If it only makes contact with the nylon gasket and not with the length fine-tuning screw, it means that the floating rod is not lowered enough. The guide screw on the punching machine needs to be gradually lowered.
2. Feeding is not required during the debugging process. However, the guide screw on the guide plate must be adjusted upwards. Then, the punch press's hammer should be slowly adjusted to the bottom dead center by inching. It is important to ensure that the guide plate does not press the floating rod too low, as this may cause the floating rod to bend or break.
3. When starting the continuous punching process on the punching machine, the feeder's speed adjustment screw must be rotated clockwise. The slider movement should be slightly slower to determine whether the slider encounters the nylon gasket and the length fine-tuning screw when moving back and forth.
4. If the slider moves between the length fine-tuning screw and the nylon washer, with equal distances on both sides, it is necessary to adjust the screw by rotating the speed counterclockwise. This will ensure that the slider's speed is normal and that it makes contact with the nylon spacer and spacer ring when moving back and forth.
5. When the slider moves back and forth, the precision leveler should only touch the length fine-tuning screw and not the nylon spacer. If it does not touch the nylon spacer, it means that the floating rod has fallen too deep and the guide screw on the punch needs to be gradually adjusted upwards.
6. If the punching machine's speed remains the same and the feeding distance needs to be changed from short to long, first lower the guide screw to increase the descending distance of the floating rod. Then, rotate the speed adjustment screw counterclockwise to match the feeding speed with the punching machine's speed.
7. If the punching machine's speed remains the same and the feeding distance needs to be changed from long to short, first adjust the guide screw upwards to reduce the descending distance of the floating rod. Then, rotate the speed adjustment screw clockwise to ensure that the feeding matches the punching speed.
