1. In order to reduce the sound source noise, the overall structure of the press machine workshop was modified into a sound insulation structure.
2. Set up soundproof walls between workshops.
3. Reduce mold noise. Reasonably select the matching gap of the concave and convex molds to achieve 5dBA noise reduction. Changing the convex geometry and using stepped dies and angled blade dies instead of flat dies can also reduce noise by about 5-10dBA.
4. Reduce the noise of the punch itself, reform the existing traditional process design, reduce the noise of the punch itself, adopt low-noise production equipment, and focus on solving the problem of noise sources.
5. Noise control on the propagation path, isolating the noise propagation path and reducing the reverberation time in the workshop.
6. The equipment is soundproofed. By installing sound insulation devices on mechanical equipment that generates noise, the noise can be reduced from the source and the overall noise reduction effect can be improved. Sound insulation installations require professional design based on site survey data. Data parameters have different threshold ranges depending on the type of sound source and the ventilation and heat dissipation conditions of the site environment. The use of sound-absorbing soundproof screens and mold area soundproof covers can achieve a noise reduction effect of about 8dBA.
7. Punch noise reduction generally includes installing a sound insulation cover on the punch press machine, designing the noise source of the punch machine, and using the sound insulation cover to seal the noise of the punch machine in a small space to reduce the noise radiated to the surroundings. Punch noise control mainly involves the split enclosure of the punch unit and the use of soundproof rooms or covers, as well as technical solutions for overall noise control in the punch workshop to ensure that the environmental noise in the workshop reaches standards, thereby meeting relevant requirements and can be directly and effectively implemented. For punch noise control, it is expected that the fully enclosed sound insulation cover can achieve a noise reduction effect of about 20dBA.
8. Sound absorption and noise reduction. The purpose of sound absorption is to reduce the reflected sound in the workshop. Generally, the noise can be reduced by about 6dBA.
