STC-Servo-Series: 110~315 Tons
The STC-sv series utilizes advanced forming technologies, aiming to create value for customers through the integration of reliable engineering and Servo Drive technology. The user-friendly HMI, equipped with a 15.6-inch color touch screen, ensures easy operation, allowing users to choose suitable slide motion profiles for increased productivity.
The STC Servo-Series is a gap-frame Servo press, equipped with a 15.6-inch touch screen. It features 9 built-in motion curve processing modes and can be augmented with automated transfer production lines to enhance capacity.
With a robust direct Servo drive transmission, it offers both low speed and high torque capabilities. The Servo press can also meet the requirements of toggle press and multi-link press machines. Compared to these two types of mechanical press structures, the Servo press can fulfill a broader range of stamping processes, characterized by extreme speed control and greater energy efficiency.
