Product Details
● The high-strength fuselage structure ensures minimal deformation and high precision.
● Equipped with OMPI pneumatic dry clutch brake for reliable performance.
● The slider features 2-corner and 6-sided guides for enhanced stability and accuracy.
● Slider guides undergo "high-frequency quenching" and "rail grinding process" for reduced wear, increased precision, prolonged maintenance intervals, and extended service life.
● The crankshaft is constructed from high-strength alloy 42CrMo, providing 1.3 times the strength of 45 steel.
● The copper sleeve is made of tin phosphor bronze ZQSn10-1, offering 1.5 times the strength of ordinary BC6 copper.
● Incorporates a highly sensitive hydraulic overload protection device to safeguard the press and extend die service life.
● Optional mat (air cushion) is available for customization.
