How to Solve the Problem of Mold Sticking in Precision Punch Press
Improper use of precision punch presses leads to mold sticking, causing downtime for repair and reducing effective working time. Current solutions involve anti-blocking adjustment devices, but lack a dedicated device for precision punch presses. To address this, a reverse electrical control system with a mold detection device has been developed. When the mold is stuck, the system sends a signal to a controller to reverse the main motor, lifting the upper die. This solution improves production efficiency, reducing downtime and ensuring continuous operation of precision punch presses.
