How we pack the machine for shipment

1. Punching machine

Usually, we will packed with shrink film around the machine. Firstly to prevent dust from covering the machine and keep the machine clean and tidy, and secondly to prevent it from getting wet when it rains.

The punching machine will have some accessories which need to be removed and packed separately with pallets, like foot pads, tool box, oil gum ect... Our punching machines are of C type and H type. Generally speaking, small machines, such as 25ton-160ton, can be loaded into containers. Punching machines over 160T need to use frames or can only be placed on the deck because the container will have limit on weight and size.

After the machine pushed into the container with tank wheel, we will put 4 wooden blocks behind the 4 corner so it will be easier to pull out when they arrived at the port. Maybe you will ask why we don’t use wooden box for the machine, for machine like 25T , 35T , it is workable, because it is small and lighter, and usually it shipped in bulk rather than in full containers, Even if the container moves slightly or brakes, there will not be such a strong impact force that the cargo will hit the container wall and fall. But for large machine, we need to be more cautious, So we will use straps and wire ropes to fix them in the container to prevent slipping. Sometimes we even use wooden strips to fix each machine at intervals and on both sides, so that it is more stable.

2. The ancillary

Almost all ancillary’s(uncoiler, leveling machine, servo feeder manipulator mold ect...) package is standard wooden box.

Of special note is for servo feeder, it will be packed with 2 boxes to decrease the volume, because the feeder and electric box have large height difference.
